I am quite often given the honor of speaking to groups about my love of Mayberry.  I have created an hour long Power Point presentation entitled "What's Your Hurry?" in which I take my audiences back to a much simpler and quieter time.  I show them how I feel connected to Mayberry through my roots of growing up in a very small midwestern town.  I try to get my listeners to take time to slow down and appreciate the little things in life which will in turn help them to live a more stress free life.  I have given my presentation at churches, senior citizen complexes, libraries, conventions, and civic organizations.  I modify my presentations to fit the group I am addressing and the time restraints I must live within.
